Preparation for the Presentation

1. The teams should provide 5 or 6 slides and speak for 10 minutes with a 5 min Q&A. Their presentation should include:
   1. Describe their team and resources (ie program and year of each member and any other relevant info)
   2. Explain their topic
   3. Process of project
   4. Expected Outcome
2. For the day:
   • Arrive 15 minutes earlier at DC 1302.
   • Presentation on powerpoint (i.e. USB drive, CD-rom, NO laptop).
   • Smiles and enthusiasm!

How to Sign-up

1. In order to sign up, please submit your team representative name, password and choose a time slot.
2. If you need to change the time slot after signing up, click Cancel" and enter the team name and the password you entered when signing up. Then you can sign up for a new time slot.
3. Please refer to the table below for the current status of time slots.
